It grew from the creative and communications work developed through Danielle Bonanno Consulting and expands that foundation into storytelling, public relations, marketing, visual production, studio services, and music.

Graham is a Haitian independent recording artist, songwriter, and creative whose experience is rooted in making music, developing a distinct sound, recording, performing, and building outside traditional industry systems.

He brings firsthand knowledge of what independent artists need to move from an idea to a finished release. His ear, creative instinct, and artist-first perspective shape the studio, production, beat, mixing, mastering, and visual work at 5X Culture Shift.

Danielle is a nonprofit executive, consultant, national trainer, strategist, and public speaker whose work bridges community, communications, organizational leadership, and culture.

Danielle continues to lead Danielle Bonanno Consulting, which remains focused on nonprofit strategy, grant support, program development, training, organizational systems, and executive consulting.

As the company's creative, branding, communications, and public relations work grew, Danielle and Graham created 5X Culture Shift Media Group to serve that larger vision with dedicated media, marketing, visual, studio, and music services.
